  • Ensure that any damaged equipment is reported immediately to their manager/supervisor and removed from service until it is repaired.
  • Conduct themselves in a responsible manner while on company business, be alert for hazards and refrain from any form of horseplay.
  • Comply with the first aid procedures, fire exit floor plan of office /warehouse premises, fire drill procedures of the company for emergencies and fire as they have been instructed.
  • Co-operate with management, colleagues, safety representatives and advisors promoting safe working Keep their work areas tidy and clear of hazards.
  • Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and standards. Where adequate laws do not exist, adopt and apply standards that control risks associated with its operations.
  • Advise employees of the correct safe methods of working on any job they are required to do.
  • Ensure that all employees and visitors are informed of and understand the obligations of the policy.
